Worst internet service

If you ever want WiFi that doesn't work when you using it and works when you sleeping then RSAweb is the internet service for you. I have logged a crazy amount of tickets with them when my WiFi wasn't working and they only get back to you a day after when the problem sort of fixes itself. The line drops all the time and when you indicate the problem to them you are basically told that you should do your own tests and send it to them so they can diagnose the issue. So pretty much they don't want to fix anything. They won't send anyone out to fix it and there is no reason why.

Please use any other service provider except RSAweb if you intend on actually using your WiFi.

A horrible internet service that shouldn't be in business.
