worst internet provider ever

We had a power failure and since the power came back on (2hours) we still do not have internet. Trying to get hold of support when you phone it says subscriber unavailable and when you email them they just ignore it i am fed up with RSAWEB support and want out of there stupped expensive F****ed up deal!1!!!!!
