WORST F*CKING SERVICE - WISH I NEVER TRIED TO JOIN

Worst service ever! I app**** for Fibre on their website, and during checkout, I chose to take UPS as part of the package for R600. Few days later they informed me that they do not supply Fibre to my building. Longer story short I asked to be refunded for the UPS. Took month and a half to get it sorted and they finally paid me back... But my nightmare with them only started. Without having ANY services with them they surprised me in February 2023 with a R600 debit order. Since it was unexpected other debit others of mine bounced. I asked the bank to reverse my R600. Tying to phone account department is a lost case, spend somedays more than 40 minutes on the phone. So I went to their closest office to me in Fourways and demand them to close my account. Made a lot of empty promises. Now today almost a years since the nightmare started I received a statement from them stating my outstanding balance is R600, So I am sure my bank 6-month block is now passed and RSAWEB will ***** R600 again from my account. I'm now starting with legal actions.
