Worst experience of my life

worst experience ever. Spent 3 days calling them for a wrong order. And they have said on the system it states that i have chosen that package. I didn't choose the package i claim i did pay for. They have been putting me through from one person to the next for 3days. The solution today is to cancel and pay a cancellation fee of R1455. And i just payed a once off fee of R520. And i have to pay for a courier to send the router back. I have to pay for something i didn't want. I only selected the sim only option. I chose RSAWEB so that i can have my data and that i could transfer my hosting to them too. But i am done with RSAWEB a R 2 150 mistake later and no service
