Worst ever experience with RSAWEB...... please dont consider them

i am very upset with RSAWEB.... after being told to pay for installation,which i did, i have been waiting since October 2024 for them to install, i have made multiple calls and spend hundreds of rands on data and airtime to contact them to find out what is being done to connect me, nothing is happening, they keep saying Openserve is awaiting feedback or something like that... i have been calling them for the past few months to get my connection and installation up and running to no avail...... i always have to contact them, they never contact me,...... i am highly upset, I continuously ask for updates and always have to phone them and be sent around their offices from sales to technical support to projects department but nothing is being done...... why cant they hurry up the process and just connect me????? they been silent for the past few days now, no feedback,no follow ups nothing....... whenever i contact they always say the same thing,.... will follow up and get back to you.... they never get back to you
