Worst customer service I've ever experienced. *********** employees that will lie to your face just to end the call.

Placed order on 28th Nov 2022. After 2 weeks of waiting for installation with Vumatel, we decided to call just to find out that the *********** customer service agents didn't actually book installation with Vumatel. After 2 hours worth of calls to different people, we managed to get an installation on the 8th of Dec 2022. There is no follow up from any of the agents as stated over the phone. They will lie to your face and act like nothing happened when you end up calling for the 5th time. Do not go through this service provider to protect your own sanity!
