Worst Customer Service from RSAWEB and Vumatel.

I am extremely annoyed with the service. We recently signed up with them. We were told that it will take 24-48 hours to connected as Vumatel needs to link us up. It has been 48 hours now, when you try and get hold of them and Vumatel they make you hold on. Then there is a option to be called back they just don't.

Besides the airtime I used, I also bought R500 worth of data Service delivery is very poor and neither they or Vumatel care about the the customers. It is all about the bottom line.

I feel like canceling my services all together. 😡🤬
