Worst customer service ever -

Hi - I have had absolute terrible service from RSAWEB as a ISP and METROFIBRE as a connection - i have been waiting almost two weeks for any sort of feedback. i have moved into my house two and half weeks ago and i had to wait for previous owners ISP to get cancelled which eventually it was. I have asked for feedback to what is happening as I have used almost 30GBs for hotspot as i do not have Fibre yet.. this is the worst customer service i have received from any ISP in the past. They say they are the BEST ISP in South Africa which i am starting to highly doubt.. my review will change once they decide to help out as i am getting no where. I am actually considering using another ISP if i dont get help.
