RSAWEB IS THE WORST. The billing invoice is a mess and jumps between dates—not even months but years. When you call accounts, they don't swear the phone was held for 15 minutes and got hung up. I sent an email and waited three days for a response. I received no response. The app is a mess. My installment amount on the app is not the same as what they say I must pay. When I wanted to cancel the line, they wanted to help but gave no feedback.
