WORSE SERVICE YET

Shoking service at this net company I am on the phone as I am typing this message, I am so disappointed with rsaweb and their call center right now, also disappointed with me for the fact that I didn’t read these reviews before using their shorty network. They put me on hold For an hour then spoke to Amy, who was not able to help due to their own confusion and now speaking to John or Johnny phone call ended with we apologize for this we will send your queries to account. I’m so over them I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this is really not on I DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME READ OTHER REVIEWS ITS NOT A JOKE. They need to better their services
