Worse decision ever made. Pathetic Service

I will not recommend them to anyone. They have absolutely no customers service. you log a query - complaint you received a automated response with ticket no etc, 2 days later ticket marked closed resolved, but no one has even contacted you. You call in you stay so long on hold eventually call drops and you don't hear of them again. They sell you one thing and give you complete opposite. They debit your account before your fibre has gone live and they expect you to do the follow ups. Oh and they do not disclose all the information but then turns around and tells you you should've read the contract, a contract that was sent after deal sealed and unsigned with so much more information on than what was disclosed.
