Worse after sales service ever

How this company is rated the number 1 ISP in the country I will never know. Way over 24 hours and still my lte sim is not active. No response on their whatsapp line and no reply to emails. How in the heck is the technical support instant chat offline on a saturday morning!!. What a waste of time. Cancelling first chance I get.
