WON'T REFUND R2495 DEBIT ORDER. DO NOT GET A CONTRACT WITH THEM

They've charged me R2495 for a mistake on their end. I wrote an email 3 weeks ago and they haven't followed up. I've called multiple times as well, and they keep saying they're doing an investigation and that they'll get back to me in 24 hours yet they haven't followed up at all. Absolutely DO NOT get a contract with them
