WITHOUT INTERNET AND SUPPORT NON EXISTENT

We have been without internet for a whole month, no answer to our emails, tickets or support received whatsoever and we don't know what we can do next if nobody get's back to us and get our internet sorted out.

Even a simple reply would also suffice, but we getting ignored from all angles.
