Wifi outage for 3 days with no reasonable explanation!

When are you fixing the outage in Claremont Cape Town? We are on day 3 now with no wifi and no communication unless we call you! Your packages are way too expensive compared to your competitors for this level of service. The inconvenience is too much and you'll still want your full instalment come monthend. We are working from home and having to pay data on top of paying for wifi is such an annoyance! Please sort this out ASAP!!!
