Why I wont recomend RSAWEB to any one

At first their service was good and stable, but since 9 September 2022 it went downhill fast and it is not slowing down! The following dates is dates I had to contact customer service because either my service is down, slow intermitent connection. These issues will sometimes continue a whole month without being solved where I would enjoy a stable connection for the whole month. The dates are as follows: 9/9/22 29/9/22 21/10/22 12/11/22 3/12/22 One month of January with no issues!! 8/2/23 14/2/23 28/2/23 18/3/23 28/3/23 6/4/23 3/5/23 8/5/23 One month of stable internet for June!! 18/6/23 28/7/23 8/8/23 19/9/23 26/9/23 28/9/23 3/10/23 (Vuma came to replace the ONT and I had good connection for about 19 days when we started with all the issue again) 24/10/23 Yesterday I could not even connect tot the ONT, But RSAweb wont miss a beat taking your money, but they cant supply a proper STABLE service for two months conitnuely! In a year and a month I have only had 2 Months with NO ISSUES, but yet I need to pay and they will shove their fine print in your face! It is difficult to go without internet for two weeks to transfer to a new ISP but I am on the point where I will rather waste money to get an alternative short term plan and transfer to a different ISP. But RSAweb should stop claiming they are one of the top ISP's when they are clearly not there anymore!
