Why am I still waiting??

This business doesn't seem to respond so what's even the use. Regardless I am not happy with the service I have been getting. I ordered an lte package from them over a week ago and never received confirmation or an attempt at contacting me to deliver yet I was forced to pay upfront. Now a week has gone by (which I am paying for) with no service and Dylan refuses to answer my emails I'm attempt to find out what's happening. I even got a weird email from them (which Dylan told me to ignore) saying I don't pass the credit check so I need to pay an upfront fee of 0 first. Does that make any sense? No communication from them, no service which makes me wonder what after sale service would acrually be like.
