'We don't talk to customers who complain about our service.....'

The apocalypse continues.....they promise and promise and deliver zero. Just to get the billing promised ahas so far taken a dozen phone calls...still no action. They billed me 3 times the amount they should have! Spoke to Rob this morning who said they are waiting for approval on both errors they made on my account. When I pointed out that I felt the service was poor Rob hung up on me!! The kind of ************** against disabled people I have come to expect from RSAweb...
