WARNING! Worst ISP by far

I have experience with quite a few ISP's, and by a million are RSAWEB the absolute worst. WARNING, under no circumstances would I ever even tell my worst enemy about them! Their fibre is useless, shaping and throttling you on downloads, even on capped and premium packages. Their latency is trash and the connection is unreliable, their connection always has 20% packet loss, hell even with a 20mbps fibre line youtube can't play 480p videos .Their customer service is non-existing. They don't answer emails, phone calls are useless since they 100% never help you and only say we get back to you and NEVER do. Trying to get rid of them is like getting rid of stage 4 cancer. Disgusting!
