Very poor service

I have had a very bad and disappointing experience at RSAWEB. Fibre was installed on the 12/03/2020.From the 1st day it has never worked. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to sort the issue out with no success. To top it all they charged me more than the agreed amount for services NOT rendered. I sent an email of complaint but no one responded to it. I am being off. Very disappointed at RSAWEB.
