Very horrible service resulting in me bien ******** out of my hard earned money , during these hard times

I sent an email requesting cancelation on the 7th of June 2020, I was informed I needed a calendar months notice .Therefore my service would be cancelled end of July .Know I am being told I needed to complete a form and that the termination will be done end of August. I have provided written communication that I needed the service terminated , even if its not in your letter head . and know the company want to rip me off and have me pay an extra month for a service I no longer use . I have moved from the residence and am still having to pay .. this is grossly unjust , when written communication has been received and acknowledged by RSA web , in these hard economic times for me to have a R849 just being thrown away is unfair and unjust and horrible business ethics.

this is a month to month contract , if I was not paying you would turn of the service without notice . So I am getting penalised for being a good client.
