very disappointed

After two weeks RSAweb has not been able to activate our migration. First order could not be processed. 2nd order is yet to be activated after they're 5 working day turnaround. Worst is they promise to provide feedback but don't. We were promised at least 4 times in the last week, but we are yet to receive feedback. We were promised that the service would be active by latest Friday...Haven't heard a word from anyone and when you make contact the issue is just passed on. I struggle to understand how they can advertise that they are the best.
