really a bad service provider, being my 1st time to write here its sad to announce there is such a company, besides the signal breakdowns, they also keep taking money off my old account that i asked them to change log back which results in me getting hefty bank charges, ive calleed, emailed lots of times but they still get it wrong maybe this will make someone there competent enough to sort this out.!!!! *** / ticket #***
