Utter useless service

A whole month they were aware of this installation and I was told it will be no probleem switching over.

There is no update until I asked when are they delivering the item, then no update ont he installation till we called and were told the remote activation was unsuccessful... Ypu have an app that means nothing seeing as you cant keep it updated. You want clients but you cant deliver as promised.

I have spent almost a R1000 on data just to keep my online business open with your **** service and you could not care less as a company.
