Useless staff

Not sure what has happened to RSAWeb.

I've been with them for years but this year they are ***********. Price change 1st April, fine I understand fibre providers increased prices. - I try downgrade my line speed from 150 to 100mb online. Doesnt work. - I create a support ticket. *********** staff who don't read the questions in the email. Eventually they get someone who can read. I get 2 options, I choose the 100mb option. They adjust my line speed to 100mb. Cool. They then proceed to bill me more than the standard 150mb line rate. - I contact again, no response after 3 days.

Don't you want customers? Fix this. Im no longer recommending RSAweb in neighbourhood groups.
