USELESS SERVICE
RSA web are absolutely useless. I have had no WIFI for 2 days. I cannot get hold of their support centre, and if I do, they keep dropping my calls. Their online support service is "offline" SERIOUSLY. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. Come the end of the month they still taking my money. In fact I think all the service providers are useless, they must belong to the same company, this is our 3rd service provider. RSA WEB YOU ARE PATHETIC, ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.
