USELESS!!! Great team but support is the worst!

If i could give no stars i would. Absolutely useless with support and they don't acknowledge the issue is on their side even with proof both from me and from Vumatel. USELESS!!!

Pings are so high that you can't access internet let alone stream.

Issue identified on THEIR IP yet they blame Vumatel, seriously? you have technicians right? are you sure they qualified, if so i would LOVE to see proof?
