Useless customer support

I have been trying to downgrade my package, the customer service support gave me and option of a R545 package when I contacted them again they told me that option has expired I'm stuck paying R724 which is ridiculous they advised me that is the cheapest package. I then again contacted them provided screenshots of all conversations they opened a ticket and said a manager will contact me which never happened, I tried calling but no one ever answers whats the point of having customer support if they cant even assist NADINE is the person who advised me of the R545 package and MONEEBA told me package no longer exists
