Useless company

This has to be this worst company in the country. I signed up for their uncapped fibre package almost 4 weeka ago and had nothing but regrets. Firstly they do not communicate with their customers at all. I have sent numerous emails trying to get my fibre live but nothing has happened. I have been going back and forth with a lady by the name of Razia who has not assisted at all. Please do not sign up with this company they are useless and full of empty promises.
