Pathetic and useless are still to good for them! As a new customer I am NOT impressed! Being billed incorrectly 2 times and empty promises regarding credit will be passed. No credit, nothing. I have instructed my bank to cancel your debit order. I have sent an email cancelling my service with immediate effect. You signed up for another B number and did not transfer my existing B number as instructed, costing me to pay my previous ISP and you, TSEK!
