Useless !!!!

How many people these days work from home? We have an issue where our IP address is faulty. We cannot connect to the internet. I cannot do my work. RSA web (also useless) logged a query with Vumatel to fix the IP address. now we are told we have to wait 48 hours before Vumatel fixes the problem!!! How is that possible? how are we supposed to work ?????? I am cancelling all my services an not paying my account if this is not sorted today!!!
