Terrible service from the word go.

We ordered fibre weeks ago and it finally got installed on Tuesday but was not activated.

On Friday 24 December, after numerous phone calls (where holding for 20-30min is standard) They still haven't activated. We had to call Octotel directly, only to be told that the infrastructure isn't ready and they will only be able to activate in January next year.

Do NOT use these guys...
