Unstable internet connection

I dont even know why i should give a rating cause this doesn't seem to help ,I've been struggling internet connection since last week and still nothing was done i wouldn't recommend RSAWEB due tont3hem having/giving bad service i had enough now they quick to deduct money but they poorly perform in customer service im still sitting with the same problem NO INTERNET.
