Unresolved issue

Terrible customer experience!!

I have been trying to get an issue resolved with RSAWEB and despite all my efforts and providing as much info as possible, I am unfortunately met with the same response!

They don’t take the time to truly listen and understand the issue! My account was suspended for a few days due to their error & till today no one can provide a reasonable explanation. As you can imagine we are all highly dependent on connectivity since working from home.

I am totally done with them and here to tell you to look at other service providers. Lots of options out there .
