Unreliable customer service

I was so excited to switch ISP's and RSAWEB was very response, joy a xakayi responded promptly until the stage I made payment and it became extremely difficult to get through to anyone for any type of assistance.

So far I've been taken to Moshe then to Nadine who told me 3 - 5 working days and that was over 2 weeks ago. Since then I've spoken to Siphokazi and zeah Adam's who also say they will escalate and then say nothing. Initially I was speaking to Joy who was extremely responsive but once payment was done the rate of response changed and there has been no response to my last two emails. I spoke to abdurachmaan who referred me back to Joy but when he transferred me she did not answer until I randomly called and got through to Joy, she transferred me to someone else and still didn't get any help. Everyone I get in touch with I keep being told that someone will contact me but no contact has been made Below is the last ref I got
