Unprofessional Support Service

I wish there was a quarter star to click on for the service being received from RSAWEB. I got through to the support line after numerous tries yesterdat and spoke to an agent who told me that someone will call me at an agreed time. That never happened. Then I spoke to an *********** junior rated technician (Nomomde) that could not help me and all she did was give excuses after putting me in hold for 15minutes. I had to drop the call and call back. My problem of connectivity has not been resolved. I also tried their whatsapp line. A waste of effort and time. Sent messages yesterday and today with no response. My advice to anyone who wants to join. Do your homework first.
