Unprofessional

Good day,

I just feel like RSAWEB is very unprofessional not coming back to my query I logged regarding them not deducting the Jan payment and now want to double deduct after I enquired from them why they didn't deduct for Jan and They told me on their side it shows I'm up to date. Now they want to email me to say that they will double deduct for Feb because they had issues. I just feel like they being unfair because I didn't budget for a R1200 to be deducted out of my account end of January. Up until today I didn't get any feedback from them regarding my mail I sent and I resent it last night. I had no such issue from VOX
