Unhappy with service

I have to agree with ADRIAN C. My internet was suspended. The amount that they claiming is outstanding is not correct, so I want a statement. They deducted very big amount in December which I also need answers for. Claiming they cannot assist with statement because systems are down. That didn't stop them from suspending my service.
