Unhappy customer I would not recommend RSA web for anyone

i app**** for RSAweb LTe then got my package only to realize that fixed LTE its not compatible with router that i have which was the same one as the one that it was on their website. After a call and i explained they told me i needed their router as the one on their website its on whitelist hence it works then i requested cancelation and i forfeited my R333 that was for pro rata only now i get billed and got told that my cancellation that was done on the 17th a week after i got the sim card. It will be effective on month end of October for data that i have never used. I have been taken from pillar to post requesting my refund. I was told by billing to go to support they are the only ones that can see if i haven't used they data. Then after i told them that on the 17th i requested for them to come and fetch their sim card now got transferred back to billing and my call was cut-off. I need my refund back what possessed them to debit my account
