Unhappy Customer

I had wifi fibre installed for a few months at a previous location where I was living, I sinced moved and canceled the wifi. Initially they told me that it was a month to month contract, then at the end of this year i stopped it because I moved from that area and they are not in the area I am now, they demanded that I pay a cancelation fee of nearly R2000 which was not part of the agreement or it was not communicated... And they have deducted from my account without me knowing
