Unhappy but sorted

I’ve had very bad service. A full week I had to beg for assistance. And I only got it once a made a bad review on Google. So quick to take my money every month but I have to BEG for assistance. I’m only giving these five stars for the kind technician that eventually came out to help me. Thank you very much Waseem!!
