Unhappy

Not sure why, but in the last month. I am not able to connect my devises to wifi (network). The service is shocking. No one phones back. I have been a happy customer till then. Now all I want to do is get out of the contract. I moved from a other service provider for the same issue and RSA WEB, Promised me that they will not go the same route. We'll its happened. Either you send a tech to fixed what has gone wrong or I am moving to a another network. Your add on Google shows all the awards you got. Somehow I an swayed and dont believe it. Step up and prove yourself
