Unfairly treated for a mistake RSAWEB caused Bad ISP TO USE!!!!

My wife has an account with RSAWEB.My wife paid them on time & it reflected two days later but they disconnected us & added a connection fee again.Now the amount has become too much for us to pay back in time.They not interested in assisting us after they messed up.We never skip payments & are very loyal to them.Very sad to be treated like this I do not recommend RSAWEB
