********* Business Practice

I relocated to Cape Town from Johannesburg on the 02nd of March 2019. I moved to Unit 17 The Sandown. In all of the drama of relocating from one Province to the other I was able to get the tenant that was residing in the unit to Cede the Fibre service from his name (Wayne Bellingan) to my name. In all of this the Billing process was never explained to me and the transfer was only finalized on the 11th of March 2019, so naturally I know a debit order is scheduled for the 01st of April 2019 (since the billing system was never explained to me i naturally presumed I am billed in areas and not in advance). Can I just state that I only received my logins on the 03rd of March 2019 and not a day before that (I have it on record and on my emails), and if the was someone using the logins it was not me as well as Wayne Bellingan as he moved out of the Unit on the 26th of February 2019).

During the month of March 2019 and the beginning of April 2019 I made a lot of calls complaining to the Support Team that someone other than my husband and I (the only two people occupying the Unit 17 The Sandown) was logging on to our Fibre and as much as we changed the WIRELESS CODE this person would still have access to check what we have changed the WIRELESS CODE too and continue to log on the Fibre. (Please note I have an email from Wayne Bellingan providing me with these logging's, which he could have easily passed on to the Tenants residing at Unit 18, 19, 20)

On the 02nd of April 2019 I called the Support team and went as far as changing the DEFAULT SUBNET MASK to a different number (available on RSAweb call center recordings) with the hope that whoever this individual is they would stop logging into my Fibre (Guess what, that didn't stop them from logging in again).

I then called last week again stating that I want to provide the 6 devices that belong to my husband and I, and for the devices I don't know to be blocked. RSAweb said they do not have the means or the Technology to do that, then what is the point of having a Fibre line that can easily be accessed by every Tom **** and Harry?

1. The billing system was never explained to me 2. Why should I pay R577 when clearly my husband and I were clearly sharing the service with other people without our knowledge or consent (I would presume that this is called *****!)

3. The only devices I recognize are the ones stated below: Wireless Settings(2.4GHz) - 1 1C:7B:23:F8:CC:B4 2 28:E3:47:9A:7A:4F 3 34:8A:7B:3F:6A:C6 4 10:C7:53:16:0D:14

Wireless Settings(5GHz) 1 3C:2E:FF:75:2C:0A 2 B0:EE:7B:D9:1F:97 I am asking again and maybe this time someone will listen and revert back accordingly. I want an Itemised Billing of the month of March 2019 as well as April 2019, and all the devices that connected o the Fibre line. the devices not stated on the list below do not belong to me or my spouse.

I want the Wayne to account as to why even though the WIRELESS CODE was changed twice people were still able to access the Fibre system as I have never gave anyone our login details as I have no friends nor family in Cape Town and I clearly I am not friends with my NEIGHBOURS more especially because this FIBRE CANNOT EVEN CONNECT ON THE 1ST FLOOR of this BUILDING.

I want a thorough investigation into my complain as well as for someone to listen to each and every call I have made to he SUPPORT TEAM and the feedback I received or Lack of thereof.
