Unbelievably Terrible Service

Frustrating. RSAWEB service is abysmal.

Fibre is constantly down. We’re missing out on important work. They do not communicate. WhatsApp chatbot has specific hours but Internet outages do not have set hours - even during those hours it’s useless. Numbers ring unanswered. They used to update on Twitter but stopped. I once expressed a grievance there and was blocked. Nowhere to get updates or get an idea of how long we will be without fibre. No email, call or SMS - just no internet and nothing from their side. They’re only effective when it’s time to collect payment. If there was anything below a single star I’d choose that. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating they have here.
