Unbelievable bad/ non-existing service

Unbelievable bad / non-existing service during their fibre outage from 1 Feb 2023 till present. Cannot reach anyone through their web/phone/Whatsapp contact numbers. It appears that the whole company has gone in hiding and avoid their customers.
