Unacceptable account department

Rsaweb worst Internet provider. They are now harassing by elderly father to pay for a service that was cancelled in May 2021. He is a pensioner and had cancelled and all was in order until RSAWEB accounts department sent him a message 29 August 2025 saying he owes them money this is unacceptable since it was cancelled in 2021. I strongly suggest Rsaweb get their business in order harassing a pensioner for a RSAWEB MISTAKE IS UNACCEPTABLE. I advised my father to make sure RSAWEB does not take any money from him. You put a ticket in and you never get the situation resolved. Rsaweb is only interested in selling a product and Zero customer service let alone support. I strongly recommend people to look at the reviews because I will never recommend them to anyone
