Two price increases within 8 months of activating new fibre package

I activated a fibre package in June 2023. In December 2023 I received an email notifying me of a Price adjustment from January 2024.

On my invoice today (2024-02-26), I noticed there is another price increase as from March. I did not receive any communication about this?

Also, how is it possible to hike your tariffs twice in a eight month period?
