<div>I have been a client to RSAWEB for over 2 years or so. Recently, I relocated to a different address. They sent me an invoice that I think is overstated, notwithstanding the fact that the account has got some credit due to prepayments from the previous months. They went ahead and debited the amount whilst the issue has not been resolved. I am very disappointed and considering changing service providers!</div>
