Totally useless, no service and no accountability

From the minute we accepted to move our internet service to RSAweb we have had absolutely no service.

We phoned the call centre numerous times for a billing issue, messages were taken, promises were made for escalations, etc, etc. We were meant to go 'live' on 01/12 but notified RSAWeb on 24/11 that we were very unhappy and no longer were happy to use their service. Today I get notified that January is my months notice so I must pay until 31/01 but I have never actually used their line, router or anything from them. I gave notice (for a service that hadn't even started) on 24/11 but because they have only processed my cancellation now (22/12) expect me to pay for January 2021 as my notice period!

Disgusting service!
